We believe in treating our team members like family, investing in your personal growth, and providing stable work environments where you can thrive.What You'll DoAs a Part Time Custodian, you will play an essential role in keeping our local school clean, healthy, and safe for students and staff. Working as a key school janitor, your daily responsibilities will include:Performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.Sanitizing classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and high-touch surface areas.Serving as a reliable commercial cleaner to ensure all school facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.Assisting with minor maintenance and ensuring equipment is stored securely after evening shifts.What You Bring To The TeamAbility to pass a required state background check.A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-first attitude.Ability to work the set evening shift (Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM).Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!Why Work For The Budd Group?Competitive hourly pay with convenient Pay on Demand options.Supportive team culture with real career advancement opportunities.Access to educational perks, including free online classes and language training.
