Job description
Heartland Office CleanersResponsible for cleaning assigned area which includes the main office area, restrooms, and any other area that may require janitorial services. Essential functions sweep mop and clean all floor surfaces on a regularly scheduled basis. Dust office area as necessary. Empty garbage from all offices and general common areas. Maintain garbage cans/containers in clean condition. Clean windows as required. Clean outside of main entrance as required. Use various chemicals for general cleaning. Strive for continuous improvement. The learning process allows us to improve everything we do, every service, every product, for every customer. Other duties may be assigned.Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy, planning and organizing, communication skills, problem analysis.Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge/skills: Demonstrated problem-solving, good verbal, written, communication skills and excellent listening skills. Excellent attendance. Attention to detail. Good oral communication skills. Read, write and comprehend the English language. Cleaning experience is required. Some English speaking is required. Must be legal to work in the USA, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to/from the worksite(s).Position currently available include the following: Heartland Office Cleaners - part time. Night time hours. Monday-Friday 4 hours per day 8pm to 12am. Worksite is in Beatrice, NE. Heartland Office Cleaners is a family-owned and operated company in business for over 25 years.
