Reports To: Senior Customer Experience Manager

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance to shoppers on our beauty and skincare products. Beauty industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and live chat promptly and professionally.
● Provide expert advice and product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
● Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
● Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns to ensure a positive resolution.
● Stay updated on the latest beauty industry trends, product releases, and company policies.
● Maintain accurate and detailed customer records to track interactions and orders.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and special offers.
● Assist with general administrative tasks, including order fulfillment and inventory management.
● Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's image and values in all interactions.
Preferred Availability:
● 16-20 hours per week, schedule of hours is variable
● Candidates could be scheduled between the hours of 8am-8pm EST
● Evenings and Weekend availability required, but schedule will vary on a weekly basis, depending on the needs of the business
Qualifications:
● 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms; TikTok Shop and Instagram as well as other social media platforms.
● Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
● Passion for and knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proactive and customer-centric attitude with a strong desire to provide exceptional service.
● Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Expert in using customer service software
● A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
