Job description
Comfort Keepers is looking for an experienced, dependable Day Shift Caregiver to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes in the Grand Haven/Spring Lake area.
Schedule
Part-time days
Every Other Weekend Availability is required
What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you'll be responsible for providing dependable, compassionate care. Responsibilities may include:
Providing one-on-one care to elderly clients in their homes
Assisting with personal care
Preparing meals
Performing light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with transfers and mobility
Providing transportation and completing errands with clients
Training and supporting caregivers as needed
Helping ensure continuity of care when covering open or unexpected shifts
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is experienced, flexible, and comfortable working independently. Candidates must have:
Available for Day Shifts between 7a-5p
6+ months of direct care experience
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Reliable transportation and the ability to drive throughout our coverage area
A dependable and professional approach to caring for older adults
Highly Dependable
Compensation
$15-$17 per hour
