Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking an RN - Shift Lead I for a part-time day shift at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. The role provides leadership and clinical expertise on the shift, coordinating unit resources to align staffing with census and acuity while modeling professionalism.
Minimum qualifications include a BSN within 4 years (or seniority in acute care), MT RN license, and BLS certification on hire. The position may require float to other departments and on-call shifts as business needs
