Part-Time Caregiving Opportunities AvailableTrove Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs who are available to work 4–6 hour shifts during the weekday.This opportunity is a great fit for caregivers who prefer shorter daytime shifts and enjoy providing one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.Available shifts are based on current client needs, caregiver availability, location, and successful client-caregiver matching.Why Join Trove Home Care?At Trove, we believe caregivers deserve to feel valued, respected, and supported.$18–$25 per hour, based on experience, certification, and client assignmentOpportunities for 4–6 hour weekday shiftsOne-on-one care in clients' homes24/7 support from a responsive, local teamTime-and-a-half pay for holidays and overtimeMileage reimbursement during client shiftsA small, locally owned team environmentThe opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the clients you serveWhat You'll DoAs a Trove caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, individualized support designed to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible at home.Depending on the client's needs and care plan, responsibilities may include:Providing companionship and supervisionPreparing meals and assisting with mealtimeProviding medication remindersPerforming light housekeepingProviding transportation to appointments or errandsAssisting with dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneProviding bathing and toileting assistanceAssisting with mobility, ambulation, and transfersProviding feeding assistanceSupporting other non-medical personal care needsFollowing individualized care plansMaintaining accurate documentation and communicating important client needs to the care teamWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing respectful care.RequirementsCurrent CNA, PCA, or HHA certificationAvailability for 4–6 hour weekday shiftsAt least 6 months of caregiving experience preferredReliable attendance and a commitment to providing dependable careStrong communication skills with clients, families, and team membersValid driver's license and active auto insuranceAbility to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentationAbility to successfully pass a background check and MVR screeningImportant Information About HoursThis position is intended for caregivers who are interested in weekday, 4–6 hour shifts.
