Job description
Vancouver Clinic is seeking a part-time Diabetes Educator to provide individualized self-management education and training to patients with diabetes and related conditions at the Vancouver, WA locations.
The role collaborates with the diabetes program coordinator to integrate nutrition plans into treatment, perform follow-up, and support families. WA RD licensure and CDCES are required, with 1 year ambulatory care preferred.
