Ennoble Care is seeking an Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to dialysis patients in DaVita facilities around Panama City, FL on a part-time basis. You will work under physician supervision, applying clinical skills to a diverse geriatric patient panel.
The role emphasizes independent practice with strong communication across offices, flexible scheduling, and a supportive in-house clinical team. Experience in geriatric primary care and hospice is preferred.
