Direct Support ProfessionalKindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Delanco, NJ.This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.What You'll Do:Support an adult with developmental disabilities at his job and in the community, staying with him and providing supervision and support while he is at work, as well as accompanying him to activities outside of work, such as the gym, festivals, movies, and other outings.Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.Qualifications:Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.Driving RequiredAble to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 12:45-4:15; as well as two evenings- one weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) and one weekdayPay: $17-$24Location: Delanco, NJDriving on shift: RequiredPlease review the schedule carefully before applying.
