DSPs are matched with a person to provide customized services in the family's home.Your job responsibilities include:Supporting children/young adults in their home or community – engaging in community eventsAssisting with daily living skills and personal cares: bathing, brushing teeth, household choresPlaying with children/engaging with young adults – meeting them where they are at and mentoring.Assisting with coping and communication skillsCompleting all documentation and training requirementsAbility to drive clients in your personal vehicle as needed.The ideal candidate must have:Must be 16 years or older.Have a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check.Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.Proof of vehicle insurance.Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.Experience working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral challenges is a plusAble to work in a home with dogs and catsSpanish-Speaking Direct Support Professional (DSP) PreferredWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support in a residential setting. Due to the communication needs and preferences of the individual served, candidates who are fluent in Spanish are strongly preferred. The ability to communicate effectively in Spanish will help promote meaningful engagement, independence, and person-centered support.Schedule:4:30pm-8:00pm Every Friday12:00pm-4:00pm Every other SaturdayAbility to have hours 4:00pm-10:00pm in another home.Compensation & Location:Competitive pay: $16-$18 per hour (DOE) Location: FargoJoin Our Team Apply – Submit your application/resume online.
