Direct Support Professional OpportunityKindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Monroe Township NJ 08831.This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.What You'll Do:Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.Provide support to a highly functional 30-year-old adult with autism who enjoys staying active. The DSP will assist the individual with yoga by using instructional videos instead of attending an in-person class. The DSP should have experience with or knowledge of yoga and exercise and be comfortable guiding her through the videos and exercises., walking in the park, and participating in other fitness activities.Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.Qualifications:Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.Vehicle required.Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.Schedule: Any 4 evenings per week, 2 hours per shift.
