The program encourages social interaction and integration in the community while adhering to health and safety standards.What You Will Do:Provide supervision of assigned individualsImplement vocational and behavioral training for assigned individualsConduct assigned daily activitiesSupport individuals while attending community activities and eventsEnsure the safety and well-being of individuals in your careAssist individuals with their activities of daily living (ADLs)Lift and transfer individuals as neededEnter individual's data in Therap each dayDrive individuals on activities and to/from homeFollow all compliance requirements of positionWhat You'll Need To Succeed:Must have a high school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldOne year of experience is preferredMust have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving recordMust pass an initial criminal background and then annually thereafterWe are an equal opportunity employer.
