Part-Time Direct Support ProfessionalJoin Kindly Direct Care, a New Jersey preferred DDD agency, in empowering adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Our team of compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) understand the power of possibilities and are committed to providing one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities.We are seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to provide support to an adult with developmental disabilities in West Wildwood, NJ. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in someone's life. As a DSP, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, encouraging independence, and promoting personal growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the communityProvide community companionship and assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needsEncourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goalsMaintain safety and follow individualized support instructionsComplete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly teamQualificationsAble to consistently commit to the posted scheduleDependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-oneExperience welcome but not requiredDriving individual in the community requiredAble to complete required onboarding, background checks, and trainingSchedule2 days a week, 3 hours a dayPay$17-$21 per hourLocationWildwood, NJDriving on ShiftRequiredIf you are passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life and are committed to providing exceptional support, we encourage you to apply to this Part-Time Direct Support Professional role.
