Direct Support Professional OpportunityKindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in West Wildwood, NJ.This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.What You'll Do:Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.Provide community companionship to a 22-year-old individual with a moderate intellectual disability.Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.Qualifications:Able to consistently commit to the posted schedule.Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.Experience welcome but not requiredDriving individual in the community requiredAble to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.Schedule: 2 days a week 3 hrs a day Pay: $17-$21/hour Location: Wildwood, NJ Driving on shift: RequiredPlease review the schedule carefully before applying.
