Job description
Congregational Church of Batavia is seeking a part-time Director of Children’s Ministries. The role focuses on creating a safe, spiritually rich environment for children from pre-K through 6th grade, providing vision, creativity, and leadership for the church’s children’s programs.
The Director will collaborate with the pastor and church staff, manage volunteers, and ensure programming aligns with the church's mission while prioritizing faith formation, worship, and community outreach.
