Job description

SFC Northern Colorado is hiring a part-time Director of Chef Operations (DoCO) to oversee day-to-day program operations and support chef instructors in the Northern Colorado territory.

The DoCO coordinates staffing, training, and communications, manages the ATS and HR platform, partners with the Area Director on long-term operational strategy, and ensures a positive, organized work environment for instructors. The role is 10–15 hours weekly, with availability 2–5 pm on weekdays.
