The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.Job Skills / RequirementsPer Mar Security Services is looking to hire a part-time security officer in Kewanee, IL. The position will be assigned to a cannabis dispensary. Must be 21 years of age.The work shift for this position is Wed/Thurs 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm, Fri/Sat 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Approximately 27 hours per week, at $20.00 per hour.Job Duties:Watch for violations of dispensary policies and rules.Standby while product is being delivered.Additional responsibilities upon request of management.Qualifications:Must be a minimum of 21 years old.Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Be eligible to obtain an Illinois security license (PERC). We do assist those that qualify.Have reliable transportation to and from the work site.Customer service experience a plus.Upon hire, the candidate must agree to travel to Davenport, Iowa for a one day orientation and training.Additional Information / BenefitsBenefits: Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, 401K/403b PlanThis job reports to the SupervisorThis is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift, Weekends.
