Part-time Endodontist needed in Manchester, VT
A well-established, privately branded dental practice in Manchester, Vermont is actively seeking a personable, skilled, and motivated Endodontist to join its clinical team on a part-time basis . This opportunity is ideal for a specialist who values high-quality patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment that s backed by strong operational and administrative infrastructure.
The practice is affiliated with a respected, multi-state dental support organization that emphasizes clinical autonomy while providing top-tier business support services such as marketing, billing, HR, and compliance. This allows clinicians to focus fully on delivering exceptional care while enjoying the benefits of being part of a larger network.
About the Role:
Part-Time: Twice per month; preference for Fridays
Compensation: Competitive minimum guarantee with a strong percentage of collections
Malpractice insurance covered
Estimated income range: $100,000 $180,000 , depending on volume and experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Compassionate and confident chairside manner
Minimum 3 5 years of clinical experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
Completion of an Endodontics residency
Active Vermont dental license in good standing
Highly proficient in root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures
Willing to be in-network when needed
Committed to ongoing clinical development and excellence
