Job description
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Plainfield, CT. This 100% outpatient role offers part-time, benefit-eligible work with no on-call requirements, supporting a collaborative team of physicians and APPs.
The successful candidate will manage their own patient panel, perform routine exams, and develop care plans in partnership with the care team. CT licensure and APRN/PA certification are required.
