Job description
Town of Greenwich provides direct patient care in the Health Department’s STD/HIV clinic. This grant-funded role is scheduled for roughly 4 to 6 hours per week, reporting to the Director of Health.
A Master's in Nursing with FNP certification and three years of clinical experience are required. Required licenses include CT RN, FNP certification, CT APRN with independent practice status, a valid DEA license, and BLS.
