Job description
The ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to join our fashion-forward team. You will drive store performance by modeling excellent customer service, coaching peers, and helping hit sales targets on the floor and across channels.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll balance hands-on leadership with daily operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure a great shopper experience while supporting a motivated, fashion‑savvy team.
