Job description
Chautauqua Fire District #1 in Chautauqua, NY seeks a dependable part-time Fire District Treasurer to serve as fiscal officer, ensuring proper receipt, custody, deposit, disbursement, and accounting of District funds in accordance with GAAP and NYS law.
You will work closely with the Board of Fire Commissioners and district advisors to maintain accurate financial records and ensure reporting requirements are met, while supporting annual budget preparation and financial reporting tasks.
