Job description
Chautauqua Fire District #1 in Chautauqua, New York, seeks a dependable part-time Fire District Treasurer to oversee all district funds, maintain records, and work with the Board and advisors to meet NYS reporting requirements.
The Treasurer serves as fiscal officer, handles receipts and disbursements, prepares budgets and financial reports, and ensures GAAP compliance under NY law. Flexible schedule with annual appointment by the Board.
