Job description
Mercy is seeking a part-time Facility Float Pool RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across multiple hospital units.
You will assess and monitor diverse patient populations, administer medications, document in the EHR, and adapt quickly to changes in acuity and census. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, following evidence-based protocols, and championing safety and infection control, you will contribute to excellent patient outcomes across the facility.
