Job description
American Family Care (AFC) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of our North Carolina franchise locations. In this role you will care for patients within your training and approved agreement, collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction.
Responsibilities include taking detailed histories, performing exams, forming diagnoses, ordering tests, and providing therapy or referrals.
