Job description
BookkeeperApplicant must be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Ultimately the bookkeepers' responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.Responsibilities to Include:Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting processPrepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of dataProcess accounts receivable & payables including invoicing, deposits, and collectionsPrepare payroll functions in a timely mannerReconciling bank accounts and credit card transactionsJob CostingSkills Preferred:Proficient in QuickBooks onlineProven bookkeeping experienceProficient in English and in MS Office applicationsSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting, payable and receivable principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work unsupervisedBenefits:Workout-gym facility onsiteMedical benefits after 90 days of employmentPaid vacation401 type savings planPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
