Part-Time Gatehouse Concierge / Access Control AttendantLuxury residential apartment community is seeking a dependable and personable part-time Gatehouse Concierge to assist with controlling access to a large market rate private property and providing a welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers.Responsibilities include greeting arriving visitors, confirming and recording guest and vendor information, communicating with residents when appropriate, operating the community entrance, maintaining visitor logs, providing basic directions and information, and notifying management of unusual situations or concerns.This is a customer-service and access-control position. The ideal candidate will be professional in appearance and demeanor, courteous, attentive, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents and visitors in a luxury residential environment.Perfect for a retired professional looking for a meaningful, people-oriented role in a well-maintained private residential community.Responsibilities include:Greeting residents, guests, vendors, and service providersVerifying and documenting visitor accessOperating the community entranceMaintaining accurate visitor and activity logsContacting residents regarding visitors when requiredProviding courteous assistance and directionsObserving and reporting unusual activity or property concerns to managementMaintaining a professional and welcoming gatehouse environmentPart-time schedule M-F 6PM-12AM, Saturday & Sunday 2PM-2 AM VariesApplicants should have strong communication skills, good judgment, reliability, and a customer-service-oriented attitude. Prior experience in hospitality, concierge services, residential communities, front-desk operations, or access control is helpful.
