Job description
Mid America Health, Inc. seeks a Part-Time General Dentist to join our IN team. The role is 2 days per week, with hours roughly 7:00am–3:00pm, serving children in local schools in the South Bend area. All supplies and support staff are provided. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Compensation includes 32% of billed production for school days, travel reimbursement, and a 401k. Indiana license and CPR required; MAH provides malpractice coverage.
