Job description
Supportive Care is a behavioral health care company serving skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living facilities in the Poughkeepsie area. We are seeking a Provider to work 2 days per week at a nursing home in Poughkeepsie, NY.
The role focuses on psychosocial evaluations, psychotherapy, and social support within an established team. You can self-determine a schedule between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with options for part-time or full-time depending on location.
