Job description
Ascend Medical is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide relationship-based care for older adults in premier Senior Care communities in Sugar Hill and Grayson, GA. This part-time role supports 12-20 hours per week with on-site care and a focus on geriatrics.
