Job description
CultureStrategy, a women-owned change management and DEI consulting firm, is hiring a part-time Marketing & Sales Assistant in Tacoma. You will manage paid lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads for both B2B and B2C audiences, while supporting brand-building and local visibility efforts.
You will also help optimize campaigns, maintain a strong online presence, and assist with CRM-led lead follow-up. Strong writing and strategic marketing mindset are essential.
