Part-time Guest Services Representative - Starting pay $14.68 hourly
As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, processing payments, and maintaining front office operations. You'll also help maintain hotel cleanliness in common areas, set up and maintain breakfast displays, and ensure our property meets brand standards. This role empowers you to resolve guest issues through our Make it Right process and requires a strong commitment to treating all guests and associates with respect and kindness.
