Great Clips Stylist/Barber
Join a locally owned Great Clips salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair, great opportunities await!
You've got skills, passion, & ambition. Make it work for you! We've increased our base wage — effective wages avg $25–$35/hr. Our salons are open 7 days/week. Part time requires a minimum of 4 weekend days/month. Benefits include: paid holidays/vacation, employee assistance plan, profit sharing opportunity. We care about work/life balance. Closed on: Mother's Day (or off Father's Day) & Christmas Eve. Close at 3 on Halloween. Grow with in-person & virtual training. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
