Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes in Utica, NY. This part-time role requires at least 3 full days per week from 8am–5pm.
The NP/PA will care for patients, maintain records, and schedule initial, urgent, and follow-up appointments as required. Duties include screenings, testing, medication management, and palliative/end-of-life care when needed.
