Job description
MD Home Health, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our home health team on a part-time basis. This role serves patients throughout Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and surrounding communities within the assigned territory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who values flexible scheduling, professional independence and the ability to provide personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
