Job description
Home Care Network, Inc. seeks an experienced RN Case Manager/Recertification Nurse (RNCM) to coordinate home health services across Brown County and surrounding Southern Ohio counties. The role emphasizes case management, SOC, admissions, recertifications, and clinical reviews.
The part-time position is travel-intensive, with 1–2 days/week commitment and 4 visits weekly, plus additional recertifications as needed. Mileage is reimbursed, and wage is hourly ($35–$40) with Friday direct deposit.
