Job description
Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Field Admissions Specialist in the Bay Area. You will complete hospice admissions and patient visits, orienting patients to the program and performing thorough nursing assessments to ensure high-quality care.
This part-time role requires traveling to patients’ locations, with two ten-hour shifts on Thursday and Friday, and driving to meet patients where they live. Valid CA RN licensure and reliable transportation are essential.
