Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a part-time RN to manage hospice admissions and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team across the Chicago metro area.
The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license, and 2 years of direct patient care experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel within service areas and occasional on-call responsibilities are expected.
