Job description
Devotion Hospice seeks a compassionate Part-Time Hospice Field Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and other care settings within the Conroe, TX area.
The RN will develop, coordinate, and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and guidance for their families and caregivers.
