Job description
Trinity Health at Home is seeking a Part-time Contingent Hospice Medical Director to provide medical direction for patient and family services. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and clinical team, support Provider Relations and CPI Committee activities, and lead the QAPI Committee.
The role requires a licensed MD/DO, strong patient-centered care leadership, on-call availability, and the ability to develop and review clinical policies.
