Job description
AdvisaCare Hospice Muskegon, MI is seeking a flexible RN or LPN to provide hospice care in patients' homes for 8-16 hours per week, including on-call rotation.
You will perform patient assessments, implement care plans, educate families, supervise paraprofessionals, participate in IDG meetings, and help deliver compassionate end-of-life care in a home setting. Must hold a current Michigan license and enjoy flexible scheduling.
