Job description
Liberty Hospice in Elizabethtown, NC is seeking a Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner for a part-time role covering Bladen County. The NP will implement palliative care program requirements, perform patient visits, coordinate with the Palliative Care team, and provide certification information to the Medical Director.
Requires Master’s degree in Nursing, current NC licensure, NP certification (Adult or Family).
