Athena Hospice of Rhode Island is seeking a part-time RN Case Manager to join our dedicated team. You will plan, organize, and direct the hospice care plan for assigned patients under the clinical director, working in Rhode Island.
The position offers an hourly rate of $45 to $50, with weekly pay and travel across the state required. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, supervising hospice aides, and providing nursing care through the nursing process.
