Job description
Athena Hospice of Rhode Island is seeking a part-time RN Case Manager to join our dedicated team! As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct the hospice care plan for assigned patients under the direction of the clinical director.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45 to $50, with weekly pay, and travel throughout Rhode Island is required. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, supervising hospice aides, and delivering nursing care.
