Job description
AdventHealth in Minneola, FL is seeking a pharmacist to educate and counsel patients, families, and healthcare teams on safe medication use. You will participate in direct patient care, rounds, and transitions of care, ensuring optimal therapy and safety.
Supervisory duties include mentoring technicians and supporting continuous learning across the team. Experience in hospital settings is preferred; a PharmD with licensure as a Pharmacist is required.
