Job description
NC Behavior is hiring entry-level ABA aides to support children with Autism in home or community settings across North Carolina. All positions start part-time, no experience required, and full training is provided to help you begin a meaningful career that makes a real impact.
You will provide one-on-one ABA services, help implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, and collaborate closely with families and clinical staff to maximize progress and independence for clients.
