Caregiver PositionOpen Arms Solutions is seeking a reliable, compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home care for a client in Arlington Heights.Schedule:4-hour shifts (11:30 am to 3:30 pm)Part-time opportunitySchedule may vary based on client needsCaregiver Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the client's homeAssist with activities of daily living and personal care as neededProvide companionship and engage the client in appropriate activitiesAssist with light housekeeping and meal preparationAssist with mobility, transfers, and other care needs as directedFollow the client's care plan and company guidelinesMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environmentQualifications:18 years of age or olderAt least 1 year of professional caregiving experienceExperience in home care, CNA/HHA, assisted living, nursing home, DSP, or a similar settingReliable transportation to client assignmentsAbility to provide hands-on personal careStrong communication and reliabilityWillingness to work a consistent schedule based on client needWhat We Offer:Opportunities for ongoing and recurring assignmentsPaid orientation and required trainingSupportive recruitment and scheduling teamJoin our team and make a difference by providing quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes.
