Job description
Part-Time In-Home CaregiverWe are seeking a part-time in-home caregiver to provide compassionate, dependable care for one specific client in their home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building a consistent relationship with a client while working as part of a professional care team.Schedule:Part-time: approximately 15–30 hours per weekSchedule will be based on the needs of the clientSome weekend availability requiredConsistent availability is preferredResponsibilities:Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship to the assigned clientAssist the client with daily activities as neededFollow the client's established care plan and scheduled routinesCommunicate regularly with the care team regarding the client's needs and any changes in conditionMaintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the clientRequirements:Availability for at least 15 hours per weekReliable transportation and valid auto insuranceAbility to respond to schedule changes when neededDependable and professional attitudeWillingness to work 1–2 weekends per monthAbility to provide consistent care for the assigned clientWhat We Offer:Paid training and orientationFlexible scheduling based on availabilityOpportunity for additional hours as the caseload growsSupportive team environmentCompensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
