Part-Time Opportunity | One-on-One Senior Support | Springtown, TX 76082Comfort Keepers is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and personable caregiver to provide one-on-one support to a male client in Springtown. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys companionship, conversation, community activities, and helping clients maintain an active and independent lifestyle.You'll have the opportunity to build a consistent relationship with your client while providing practical support throughout his daily routine.Pay & Benefits$15.50–$17.00 per hourAdditional $1.50/hour weekend differentialPart-time scheduling with opportunities for additional hoursPaid training and orientationBi-weekly payroll with direct depositEmployee referral programInsurance benefits available for eligible full-time employeesPTO accrual begins after one yearSupportive office and scheduling teamReal-time assistance when you need supportWhat You'll DoYour responsibilities will focus on companionship, daily support, and encouraging independence. Duties may include:Providing companionship and engaging conversationEncouraging participation in hobbies and meaningful activitiesOffering medication remindersPreparing meals and snacksAssisting with light housekeeping and laundryWorking alongside the client during household activities when appropriateAccompanying the client to local outings and community activitiesSupporting daily routines and encouraging independenceObserving and communicating any changes or concerns to the care teamFollowing the client's individualized Plan of CareWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal caregiver is:Friendly, patient, and compassionateDependable and punctualComfortable engaging in conversation and social activitiesEncouraging and respectful of client independenceProfessional in communication and conductComfortable working around petsAble to work independently while following the client's care planQualificationsAt least 1 year of caregiving experience through an agency, facility, or private-care settingCNA certification preferred but not requiredValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle and current auto insuranceAbility to safely lift at least 25 poundsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to respond to calls, texts, or emails regarding scheduling and client updatesWillingness to complete required company trainingWhy Join Comfort Keepers?At Comfort Keepers, we believe quality caregiving includes both practical assistance and meaningful human connection.
