Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations. You will visit members in their homes, review medical history, perform physical evaluations, and conduct optional diagnostic tests as directed by health plans.
The role supports flexible scheduling, occasional travel to licensed states, and virtual visits as needed. Part-time employees receive select benefits and malpractice coverage for Signify Health activities.
